It was a day of celebration for students in the Boise and West Ada school districts as the last-day-of-school wrapped up on Thursday. Most districts started summer break last week.
The West Ada district’s 2016-17 school year begins on Aug. 22 and Boise schools start Aug. 24.
“We wish our 2016 graduates the very best as they go on to some of our nation’s most prestigious institutions of higher learning, service academies, or career technical institutes and build upon the comprehensive liberal arts education that Boise District offers our students,” said Superintendent Don Coberly.
