The Twin Falls School District is staying in-house to fill its superintendent’s vacancy.
Brady Dickinson was named superintendent Monday. The district’s director of operations and educational technology will start on the top job on July 1.
Dickinson has worked for the Twin Falls district since 1995, when he started as a social studies teacher at Robert Stuart Middle School. He also has served as athletic director and principal at Robert Stuart, and was named Canyon Ridge High School’s first principal when the school opened in 2009.
Dickinson will succeed Wiley Dobbs, himself a career Twin Falls district employee. Dobbs announced his retirement last fall. During the transition, Dobbs will stay on the job until Aug. 31.
