Are you wanting to be a part of Giving Tuesday (#GivingTuesday)? Donorschoose.org is participating in the global day of giving and there are 370 Idaho projects that are waiting to be funded. Teachers are asking for your help to bring new tools and experiences to students.

All day on Nov. 28, every time donors support a classroom on DonorsChoose.org, the donor and the teacher they support will each be entered into a #GivingTuesday giveaway to win 1 of 100 $5,000 DonorsChoose.org gift cards (50 for teachers, 50 for donors), backed by the DonorsChoose.org community.

BONUS: When donors enter the code LIFTOFF at checkout, their donations of up to $50 will be matched from now until seven days after the project is published.

Here’s how it works:

• Donations may be of any size, and from any source (gift cards, credit cards, Amazon Payments, PayPal, and account credits). Each donor and teacher can be entered up to 20 times.
• Donations must be made between 12 AM EST November 28 and 2:59 AM EST November 29 in order to be eligible.
• Winners will be drawn on Dec. 6 and notified via email in the following weeks.
