Three Clark Fork Junior-Senior High School students were arrested and charged with felonies Tuesday, in connection with a Sept. 11 attack on a bus carrying Plummer-Worley students. A fourth student was issued a summons to appear in court.
The juveniles told police they threw rocks at the school bus as it was leaving Clark Fork after a football game, according to the Bonner County Sheriff’s Office. One of the rocks broke a window and narrowly missed striking a Lakeside High School football player. Lakeside defeated Clark Fork 42-28.
One 17-year-old Clark Fork student was arrested Tuesday and charged with felony aggravated assault. Another 17-year-old and two 14-year-old students are charged with aiding and abetting aggravated assault.
The release did not specify a motive for the attack.
