The Idaho School Boards Association is offering a new service on its website — a Job Center for educators.
The ISBA launched this Job Center service to help districts and charter schools advertise and promote their job openings for both certified and classified staff positions. The center also provides a place for potential candidates to see what positions are open around the state.
The ISBA Job Center can be found on the ISBA website. There are two options on the page: Job Seekers or Employers.
If you are interested in posting your job openings, further information can be found on the Employers page, including pricing options.
To help with job searches, the ISBA also newly created a job descriptions manual that provides qualifications, reporting structures, job goals and scope of responsibilities. The manual includes descriptions for most positions from superintendent to custodian. The templates can be customized.
Other new ISBA features

ISBA offers professional services to school boards seeking to fill a superintendent vacancy.
